Petita Brasil House (1888) Neoclassical building constructed by Col. Theodoro Bento Ferreira Marques Brasil, a landmark in the history of Boa Vista. 

Mother Leotávia Zoller Cultural Center (1940) – This building is a historic landmark in downtown Boa Vista, and it now hosts the Academia Roraimense de Letras.  It was closed for 15 years, and reopened in June 2024, preserving its 1940s architectural charm and standing as a vibrant symbol of Roraima’s cultural heritage.
